This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from Ecom World Limited (company registration number 17009300), registered address 39 Park Avenue South, Northampton, NN3 3AA (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”).

Where We Ship

We currently ship orders to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

We offer the following delivery options in the UK:

• Standard Delivery – with Royal Mail or similar and usually delivered within 2-3 working days.
• Express / Next Working Day – with Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar and usually delivered next working day by 1pm. In this case, next working day means the second working day after the order is placed, for example – if an order is placed on Thursday after 4pm and before 11am on Saturday this will be delivered on Monday by 1pm. If an order is placed on Saturday after 1pm and before Monday 4pm then delivery will be Tuesday by 1pm. At times delivery may be sooner than outlined above. This may change around public holidays.
• All orders will be sent on a tracked basis and at our discretion may require a signature on delivery.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and can be affected by factors outside our control (for example, severe weather, carrier delays, public holidays, or local delivery issues). We do not guarantee delivery dates unless this is expressly confirmed in writing.

Any delivery times or dates shown at checkout are provided as estimates only. They are based on typical delivery timeframes and the information available to us at the time you place your order, and may change due to factors such as carrier capacity, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delivery Charges

The cost of delivery will depend on the delivery option you select, your order value, and your delivery address (within the UK). Where applicable, delivery charges and available options will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Carriers & Delivery Methods

Orders are delivered by our chosen delivery partners. If you request a specific delivery method we may consider this and provide you with the charges that will be applied for this on a case by case basis. An example may be delivery to a locker or pick-up point nominated by the buyer.

Order Processing

Order are processed with 1-2 working days. In some instances this may take longer and we will inform you at the time of receiving your order.

Tracking Your Order

We will provide tracking details for you order once it has been dispatched.

Missed Deliveries & Collection

Subject to the delivery companies terms and conditions if a delivery attempt fails the delivery company may retry, provide a pick-up point or return the items to us. We will contact you where needed to advise if a parcel has failed to be delivered and discuss alternative delivery options.

Damaged, Delayed or Lost Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, significantly delayed, or does not arrive when expected, please contact us using the details below so we can look into this for you.

No Guarantees of Delivery Dates

Unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed delivery date in writing for a specific order, all delivery dates and timeframes we provide (including on this page and at checkout) are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our delivery options, charges, or carriers. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date below. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
